Shipping Information

 UPS Delivery Times    For shipments originating from our Louisiana Facility.
Ground shipments
normally take from 1- 7 days depending on your location.

If delivery time is crucial (PLEASE order early!)- consider using expedited shipping services such as 3rd Day, 2nd Day or Overnight Delivery.

These services cost extra, but saving those tears of disappointment when your ground shipment is delayed by the carrier (& it does happen!) may be worth while.

***Add $2.50 for residential shipments***
Our carriers charge extra for residential deliveries so we have to pass it on- sorry.  
If you tell us it's a business address- and it is not- UPS/ FedEx reports it and bills us for it!
The $2.50 residential fee must be billed separately.
Can we deliver to your school or business instead?
Use 2nd Day +10% for Alaska & Hawaii
Please Note: Extremely heavy packages (such as rolls of fabric) &  lightweight bulky items  will incur extra shipping charges- DIM weight fees.

EXPEDITED shipping on items from multiple distribution points may have separate shipping charges.
For example, an order for stock poms, shoes & bows- shipping overnight, will incur 3 separate shipping charges
and the shoes and bows may incur an additional dimensional weight surcharge depending on the weight/ box size ratio.

Free ground shipping applies to group orders of 10 or more uniforms and  MOST other merchandise ordered at the same time, in proportion to uniform order.  Regular shipping applies to all other purchases.  
(i.e.. Order consisting of 10 uniforms & 150 pr socks- customer will be responsible for shipping on 140 pr socks)

 DIM WEIGHT FEES:
Lightweight, bulky items are subject to a DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT SURCHARGE and will be billed separately. Shippers have gotten VERY strict on this. We decided to pass on these fees- rather than raise ALL our prices.

Example: ONE MEGAPHONE was billed for 30 POUNDS according to UPS.
The box actually weighed less than 4 pounds, but it took up more space than allowed by the carrier.

This fee can get VERY EXPENSIVE, especially for express packages!

Items subject to this fee include, but are not limited to:  
Megaphones,  Water bottles,  Shoes,  Hair bows,  Bags,  Small quantities of poms,  
Small garment orders,  Rooter Poms etc.

Shipping chart above does not apply to dim weight fees !!
Call ahead for shipping quotes !

Please keep this fee in mind when considering Express Shipping.
Is it  ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL to have it by a certain day?  or do you just  WANT  it?


International and APO/FPO Orders:
Free shipping offer is not available for international or APO/FPO orders.

$25 handling/processing fee per box, in addition to regular international/ USPS shipping charges will be added at the time of shipment.
Shipping rates cannot be accurately calculated until time of actual shipment and must be paid separately in US funds.
Please be warned that (non APO/FPO) international shipping fees can be very high. Sometimes shipping fees can be more than the items are worth- especially large, lightweight items (shoes and megaphones are just two examples).
Customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, customs fees, etc.
All international orders are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
CheerDeals responsibility ends when item(s) are accepted for shipment with the appropriate shipping agent (ie. UPS, US Postal Service, etc.).
Cheerdeals is not responsible for delays by shipping agent or customs.
CheerDeals has no control over shipment methods, nor can track APO/FPO shipments after package(s) is delivered to the APO/FPO military address for re-shipment. We can Express or Priority ship the package(s) to your US destination but the military takes over after that. Please contact your proper military agent for further information. Final delivery of APO/FPO shipments may take several weeks after USPS initial delivery to the APO/FPO processing centers in the US.
