Measure around the chest at the fullest part.
Waist:
Measure around the waist where the skirt is worn.
Hips:
Measure around the body at the fullest part of the hips.
*Bust/Chest is most important measurement for shells.
**Hips are the most important for skirts and briefs-
   the waist will stretch to largest hip size listed!
